I get keys cut here when needed. They are just soooo cheap. You pay less than half the price as what you do at the well known key cutting places. Guys are friendly too.

The menu is not very big. The food was nice but not not anything special. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. The service is not too bad. However the food is probably just a little overpriced for what it is.

Went with a group of friends and we all ordered something different. Everyone really enjoyed their food except for me. I had a ravioli napolitana and the sauce was too sweet. The service was really good though and the items were reasonably priced.

The atmosphere is fantastic-very comfortable and relaxed. The food is of a high quality- I had salt and pepper squid and lamb shanks and both were delicious. The service is exceptional. They also have imported beer.

Took a microwave in for repair. They never called back when they said they would. After 5 phone calls to them and no indication of when it would be fixed after each call I actually went to the premises. They promised they would call back the next day with a quote and a date of when it would be repaired. They never called the next day, or the day after that , or the day after that....so back I went to collect the microwave. They had it for approx. 3 weeks. What a joke.

The colour of the picture on my TV went all green and pink on the edges. I called them and they came out when they said they actually would. The technician was professional and patient. He fixed the TV and it is still going. They also provided a warranty on their repair.

Have visited the cafe on several occasions with friends. It is relaxing and cozy and the staff are quite nice. We sit and chat over a coffee or lunch and we don't get harassed to leave on the occasions we have only purchased coffee and drinks.

I had some A3 paper printed and laminated at St George Instant Print. (The paper was specially ordered from another supplier as it was an unusual colour and therefore also more expensive.) When I went to collect the printing, I was absolutely appalled. It was the worst laminating job I have ever seen done. I was advised that that was the best they could do and it would be done the same everywhere else. They were really nice men and I felt sorry for them so I paid them anyway. (I am such a sucker!) I had to buy some more paper and have it all redone again-but I took it to Officeworks this time. It was alot more expensive, but was done the right way.

I had my tax return done with Michael two years in a row. Then came a letter from the taxation office stating that I had to refund some money to them for 1 of my tax returns and also pay interest on the money. I called the tax office in confusion and they advised that my tax return indicated I had private health insurance when I didn't. I also queried the second return and the same thing had happened and I would also be receiving a letter for that too. I called Michael and asked why it was indicated that I had Private Health Insurance on my tax return when I didn't. He advised one of his assistants must have made a mistake. Was he serious???? Two years in a row?? I requested to collect my paperwork as I would no longer be requiring his services and he told me it had been stolen and he had no soft copies! Can you believe this?

Their pastas are quite nice and I love their pizzas. They are thin, light and non greasy. They are also reasonably priced. The only downside is that if you opt for home delivery, the phone is answered but you are left waiting for a while.
