Busy sports & spinal rehabilitation centre. Quite a large practice with well trained & knowledgeable staff. Good range of equipment and services. I haved used them extensively for sports related injuries. Have always been given good advise & treatment.

Small, local Nepalese restaurant. We dined on a weekend and it was reasonably busy. One of our party suffers from allergies & enquired about ingredients in some of the dishes. The chef came out and answered all her questions which was great. The wait staff were also very good.

I use Urban Healing for Sports and Deep tissue massage. I have used them extensively and they usually come to my home. I believe they may now operate out of a site in Malvern as well. Good strong massage and they listen to your comments and work well with your needs and pain threshold!

The service is excellent. The consultants I dealt with had good product knowledge and they respond promptly to emails which I really like. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

A great place to meet for drinks after work. I havent eaten there but the champagne cocktails are great!
