I needed nuts and bolts which I had been unable to obtain anywhere else for a DIY kit which had been purchased 'as is' and was missing quite a few items which rendered it useless.Russ-All industrial is an incredible store. There was nothing that they don't carry I'm sure. The salesman was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. When it came to the end it was "no charge, you have enough to do putting things together". I am in my mid 70's and it is many, many years since I have received that kind of service.
Thank you to Russ-All, and Ray. I will continue to shop and be a 'paying' customer in future.

Andrew was not just professional, but very kind and gave me the confidence I needed to trust him with our beloved pet. He was delayed for our appointment, but rang as soon as he realized that he was going to be late due to an emergency, showing how caring he is, and gave a new time when he arrived to the minute.
He was thorough in the treatment needed yesterday, but as the pet was in need of immediate treatment which he administered, he did not over stress him, and has arranged to come back in 2 weeks when the medications will be finished and conduct a full examination to make sure that all is well. All this in my own home,meaning less distress for Jebby and as I have no access to a vehicle, the only way I could ensure he got professional treatment.
The fee was much less than I expected, and indeed I feel less than the average cost would for such a service should be, and included the home call, an injection and tablet and paste immediately with enough medications for 2 weeks.
I am so very grateful to Andrew, and recommend him to anyone who has a pet and just cannot visit a Vet. Clinic for any reason.

I had not been a customer until last week m although my son was a regular. The service from
Billy was like that of my butcher of 50 years ago. Friendly, smiling and so very, very helpful.
The meat was so superior to any that I have purchased from supermarkets (sorry to the local supermarkets, but it's true), Perhaps I have just been unlucky with my purchases in the other stores??? I have now started purchasing for a housebound neighbour, and I would never recommend anything unless I was sure of the quality. Well done Billys!
