I belonged to vision training gym balmain and informed them I was away for 4 to 6 weeks to delay debit payment well before the next one was due $150 per week for 2 sessions so I was not paying for services I was not using while away It was agreed upon that payments would be suspended as of 19 March 2024 via email included and trainer was told verbally on 15th of march 2024 as the last session was on on the 21st and was delayed on the app as well as emails to payment company -paysmart and again to manager they took two payments out on the 28th of march 2024 that I neither authorised as payments should have been suspended of $323.32 As of today I am cancelling any more services to do with vision training balmain as they have acted fraudalently -Why would I pay for services if I am not using them . I would like this amount refunded and all services to cease. If there is any more debits police and legal will be involved and no contact from anyone at vision training balmain. Details and emails included below. Now they have sent the creditors after me demanding the full 6 months payments after paying over $2000 allready absalute scam , same repetitive exercises vision training is nothing but a money making exercise dont get stuck here they will come after you if you dont do what
they want will be fighting them as they will not get another cent from me is sitting with fair trading and legal at the moment."
