I went to Ski and Board Surrey with my three year old to buy some second hand gear and had an amazing experience! I am a novice as far as snow goes. The staff were warm interested and patient with both me and my child. When I walked in I was greeted and given immediate service which was knowledgeable and polite! I was then given time to peruse the gear and when I asked for help I got it within seconds of asking even though the shop was extremely busy. Further to this I was made to feel that I had all the time in the world! I don't think I have ever had a better service experience and the prices on secondhand gear was excellent! I got a snowsuit and snow boots for my daughter and a jacket, pants and boots for me all for under $450. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
