Excellent job (unblocking stormwater pipes) done by Mitch. Professional and very positive "can do" attitude, great attention to customer needs. In addition Mitch also attended to another issue (hot water valve replacement long overdue) that accidentally came up in our conversation. Greatly appreciated as it saved me time & trouble of having to book a separate job, not to mention the prospect of having to survive a few days in the middle of winter without hot water. Competitive pricing. Will definitely use Your Choice Plumbers again. Highly recommended.

Pros - Polite, on time and very tidy and clean (just as promised in their ads). Though that didn't really matter considering job was not done (see Cons).
Cons - tradesperson came not equipped - said he wasn't sure how to clamp the under mount basins. Then I was told basins are not a good fit - there will be a significant gap and it will look ugly - without actually taking any measurements, just a guesstimate (?) (for the record, job was later done by another plumber and both basins fit just fine).
So, overall a waste of time and money (i. e. callout fee).

By far the best plumbing services company I have ever dealt with. They deliver everything you want from your tradesperson - punctual, polite, professional with a "can do attitude" and great attention to detail, not to mention they are also very reasonably priced.

They should not be allowed to use "fresh" in their name or otherwise use a disclaimer e. g. does not apply to our "daily special". Fish is so stale, it went straight into the bin. Total waste of money. Definitely NOT recommended - suggest you take your business elsewhere - plenty of options in Oakleigh.
