My Mac Book Pro was having a difficult time loading and kept freezing giving me the spinning wheel for hours. Thinking the whole laptop was overall unfixable, Bill from OCS informed me it was a problem with my hard drive. He then replaced my hard drive with a brand new Solid State hard drive which works unbelievably well with my Mac Book. It is now quicker than ever.
