I just love this friendly pharmacy with dedicated staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. The chemist is happy to advise on health matters in an understanding and caring way. Also open on Christmas Day which was a life saver for us one year.

Always a great variety of fresh meat on offer in a clean environment. Business like and friendly, this butchers has been part of the Springwood family for many years. Beginning to offer organic options too.

The McKinnon family have been our accountants for 15 years and have always given good service both in personal and business accounting. They have been long-time Springwood residents who enter into the local commmunity events.

This little restaurant is struggling to find its feet and has changed hands and names many times. But the food is wonderful - freshly cooked, simple and good value. Ok so it isn't haute cuisine, just basic good food - fish and chips, schnitzels, soup and pasta - but a great place to stop whilst shopping or meeting up with friends.

It great to have a bookshop in town but unfortunately the books have to be top price and it is tempting to go somewhere else where their are special offers. THis is a pity because these lovely people will get any book for you, even if it means sending overseas. They have a good selection in store.

This is my favourite place to buy my watch batteries and replacement watch straps all which are changed for me with the minimum of fuss. Also a great little shop to buy gifts of clocks, watches and small electrical novelties.

I belonged to this gym for nearly two years and enjoyed increased fitness and weight loss. It was a great, friendly, ladies only community, which I really liked. When I had some health issues and had to close my membership no-one followed me up or asked about my health which was disappointing.

We always come to this business for our curtains to be made. The service is superb - they bring samples to help choose what would look good in your home and offer advice without being pushy. The curtains are top quality, at a price - but well worth it.

A wonderful romantic weekend retreat for my husband and I with many little extras provided and an attentive but non-intrusive host. The bed and breakfast is right on the Mall in Leura so we were able to pop out for dinner but enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining room

These guys were very helpful when getting information but it was a bit confusing to know quite how to go about renovating our bathroom, unlike another business who were much more helpful
