From the moment when Noel came to quote on my job, I sensed he was a man of purpose, skill and, best of all, integrity. On the day that we had agreed upon to carry out the work, Noel arrived right on time and proceeded to work with focus, attention to detail for each element of the work and speed. I had originally thought that Noel would be here for two days, but he carried out all the work in less than 7 hours, after which he cleaned up the assorted bits of rubbish. In the past, I have been 'burned' by some tradesmen (including at least two electricians). It is a shame that more of them were more like Noel. I have already arranged a new job for him to do in the New Year. Noel is one in a million, as far as I am concerned.
