Gavin is one of the most delightful people you can meet. He has been in the PC industry seemingly since the day Bill Gates invented MS Dos (thanks to IBM). He has adjusted well to retail when it comes to the computer industry, as so many businesses have come and gone. He switched his focus from games, to hardware & service. Since they have moved into larger premises.

I went there @ 4 years ago for a Pink Slip. The only thing I was worried about was my muffler, and drivers window. Some $1500 later, I could drive my car. However, the driver side window stopped wouldn't work (I wasn't told to leave it several hours for the glue to set). Begrudgingly, I gave them another chance this year. 1 bearing worth $20, became a full brace worth $170. They then told me I needed 2 new front tyres, which I said I could not afford that day. 4 months later, my vehicle still passed rego at another tyre store.

I have been dealing with this branch for 20 years +. Steve is honest, Karen is reliable, and Russell knows my car like the back of his hand. He remembers a lot of the work, before he even has a chance to look at my vehicle.

I have only been here a few times (due to work commitments) since the new owner purchased this, however, I can speak highly of the quality of the products I have had there. The Crumbed Lamb Cutlets are very nice, the Chicken Schnitzel is fantastic, the minute steak is awesome, and the plain thin sausages are probably the best in Newcastle. Barry has been doing this for nearly 40 years, and even if he is hard of hearing, knows his meat.

For a small suburb they provide a great service. However like most small supermarkets, they can be a bit pricey compared to the larger supermarkets. The Deli is good, but the meat/sausages are average (Fortunately there is a butcher across the road).

Good, but the last few times I have been there, there has been no sigh of Cordina Southern Fried Chicken. Other than that they seem to be more competitive in pricing than my local IGA.

They have a great variety of Frozen party food. Even falafel. They have so much for parties, including fancy dress. There fancy dress selection is great.

Great Burgers, Potato Scallops & Pluto Pups. Not sure about the fish as I don't eat seafood. Chips are pretty good. Clean oil.

Long time store. Great service. I have been shopping here for years. Unlike some other stores, they usually have the products I want, in stock.
