The Royals team makes you feel at home and despite how regular you are, they will give you an amazing consultation to ensure that your vision can be executed to the very best of their ability. Their customer service is amazing. In terms of pricing, they are not cheap BUT they are also not the most expensive. For the outstanding work that they do, you're happy to pay for the result. I have had extensions (tape ins and clip ins), various colours, up dos, many hair cuts and treatments and I'm always more than pleased with the result. I'm so surprised when I see negative reviews talking about bad customer service and over pricing. Blake, Mary, Jeremy and Jess always quote me before I give them the "go" to do the job. I love my hairdresser, the vibe, the work and the overall customer care that Royals pride themselves on! Im not going anywhere, I have found my hairdresser!
