Consistently good, simple food. The passionfruit custard dessert is the best! I always get the Feast Plate :)

I ordered a dress online from My Fashion House, with a note asking whether it was available for the date I wanted and requesting an appointment to try it on. Their website advises their clients that they will contact them the following day with information about the dress and its availability and so on. After 2 days of not hearing back from them, I called them to see what was happening. They had apparently not seen my order, blaming their online processing system, so I gave them the details again. They said they would call me back to see if it was available. Another 2 days passed with no response, so I called again, only to have to repeat what dress I was looking to hire and when I needed it. Not once during the 2 week period I was trying to organise the dress hire did these people contact me independently, despite saying they would call me back. They did not return several of my calls on multiple days, only picking up on my fourth or fifth phone call. After a week of waiting, they informed me they didn't know where the dress was or when it was coming back. A few days later I tried to arrange a refund (again, an extremely difficult process with these people) and gave them my bank details. They said that my refund would be processed within 1-2 days. A week later and several phone calls later, I was told that the processing of my refund had been 'missed' and that I would get a confirmation call in an hour after my refund had been sorted out. That afternoon after no contact, I called to see what the hold up was only for them to tell me they did not have enough funds to refund me and that I would have to wait a few more days. They have since been ignoring and blocking my phone calls. I will never use this rude and incompetent business again.
