Only ever order delivery but have ate in a few times but that would have been a fair while ago. The fact that they delivery - pretty much anything off their menu - is great. They also alcohol which is a bonus! Their Pizzas are delicious, Pastas are beautiful, and their deserts are to die for!!! I Love their 'Choc Mousse Meragne Cake!! YUMM!!!

Went out for dinner here on Friday night, (only the 2ND night since opening - and it shows!) The actual venue is fantastic, spacious, clean, has a playground for the kids, but the service and food need a lot of improvement!! The menu wasn't very big and they have too many 'fancy' dishes for just a bistro. the only familiar one there was a Parma, so 4 out of the 5 of us got that. One of us got a steak dish, which was meant to be an entree meal worth $15 but they sent out the wrong dish and she didn't know until we got the bill and it was $29 for her meal.

The food took an hour to come out and didn't look very impressive!! We ordered garlic bread for a starter, but was told we will need three for the 5 of us. ($5 each) and when it came out, it was not a normal garlic bread, it was 2 brushetta bread pieces to each plate, with cheese on top. Not exactly what we were expecting. It was hard as a rock as well. The Parma's just had a few chips thrown on the plate and a handfull of lettuce/salad leaves which i guess was meant to be a salad, but really just looked like rabit food. No cucumber, tomato, onion, even dressing, just leaves!! The Parma itself looked and tasted a bit dry and was pretty much just a small crumbed fillet, with ham, then cheese, with two halved baked tomatoes on top. Not really a traditional Parma meal. I don't normally eat tomato, but had to with this meal, otherwise it would have been too dry.

After dinner we went into the Sports bar to check it out. This looks very strangley decorated!! Zebra striped carpet with retro looking red and white chairs. The lighting was way too bright in there for a sports bar, no music and it needs couches!

The place has potential. It will be awesome when the races start in July, as the whole bistro and sports bar area have full window frontage, overlooking the track. With a bit of work and improvement this place could be good, hopefully with time that will happen!

If ever we feel like take away chicken, Ollie's Chicken is our 1st choice! They have different meal deals, for burgers, fried chicken, roast chicken and kids meals, most come with chips and a drink and are value for money!

We always have the roast chicken! it is possibly the best chicken in Melton! Very Tender and moist! Yum!! Their gravy is always tasty and comes in a big container, so is also value for money!

Always a Yummy meal with Ollie's! You can't go past their Roast Chicken!!!!!

Probably my favorite place to eat in Melton! They have great food! Great value for money, with members discounts and half price Wednesdays for members.

My favorite dishes are Oysters Kirkpatrick, the Mushroom Brushetta and Chicken Supreme (which is chicken breast with a delectable creamy mushroom and bacon sauce served with either chips and salad or veggies.)

You order at the bar/front desk and meals are brought to your table so service is average, but most staff are friendly, can get very busy, especially on Wednesday (members night).

A good venue for a few quiet drinks, to watch sport on the big screens, play some pokies, or have a nice meal.

Use to love coming here, but now I think there is definite room for improvement!

Meal sizes have gotten smaller over the years, service can sometimes be poor, no longer do you get the warm towels at the end of your meal, or offered tea and coffee. Corkage use to include beer and wine, now only wine. Some of the staff are quite friendly, some are just plain rude!
Last time I went with 4 other people and we had one of the Banquets. At $26 per person, it seems like a fairly good price for a 3 course meal. Once the food comes though, you figure that it probably would have been cheaper to order several different dishes and just split the bill.

It's still a nice place to go with a big group, because of the round tables with the lazy susan's in the middle. And with BYO (only wine) that is also a plus!

Went to Taco Bills on a friday night with the girls. There were 6 of us altogether and we all found the service to be fantasic! $5 Margaritas all night would have to be a highlight! We were very pleased with the friendly service and the meal sizes. They also split the bills for everyone which is a big plus! makes it all a lot easier! All in all though, you can't go past the Tropical Margaritas!!!!!
