Although I run around a few different veggie shops I always come to this one first. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, good people working there. Recommend strongly. By the way I shop there for 30 years.

Terrible experience when owner has instructed his staff to short change his customers... I used to come often when old man was running the shop but now I avoid the place. Dishonest owner... last visit I have seen amount of food is greatly reduced. I guess other customers are deserting this place... very much deserved fate...

Rude staff. Lady at curtains department name Karen was ignoring me for over 40 minutes. I have Brocken knee and ruptured ligament so with disability it is hard for me to stand on my feet. She was laughing at my distress talking to other customers. Those who came after me and had no disability were serviced first. I left without being served at all. What a compassionate treatment of disabled people.... shame. When I said that I will complain to manager she said over my head to other customer that if they want her to work better , they should pay her more.... shame

Hello. Young girls obviously don’t want to work so they deliberately drive customers away. And having fun doing it. They will get paid and less customers mean less work for them... I ordered one!!! Meal Whopper junior on a wrap instead of the bun with black tea. I have asked them to make chips fresh. First the tried to give me old, cold sloppy chips which I have asked to change. They asked me to wait in waiting bay. Ok the girl is coming out with fresh chips. Cool, but the wrap had no meat patty. And the girl forgot my tea. She came back with white tea, I was asking for black. When she came back with black tea, she put sugar in it. I specially asked no sugar as I am diabetic. Now how many ‘mistakes‘ in one little order? They were having fun doing it too... Elaine
