Rude staff. Lady at curtains department name Karen was ignoring me for over 40 minutes. I have Brocken knee and ruptured ligament so with disability it is hard for me to stand on my feet. She was laughing at my distress talking to other customers. Those who came after me and had no disability were serviced first. I left without being served at all. What a compassionate treatment of disabled people.... shame. When I said that I will complain to manager she said over my head to other customer that if they want her to work better , they should pay her more.... shame

Spot light has some of the best bedding product fabric and canvases and it is so true it is great the customer service is phenomenal because you ask where a product is instead of telling you where to go they walked me there instead now that is great in customer service and I have rewards program with them and I use it all the time

Great store all in one place to get all my craft needs from fabric and sewing needs to cardmaking and paper crafts

I shop here regularly for sewing supplies and other craft items. I find the store very hard to navigate particularly the fabric section. I went yesterday for specific items that I always see when visiting the store and couldn't find one thing on my list. While the staff at the fabric counter are always friendly and helpful I found the checkout lady yesterday very rude as we had put 2 lots of fabric through separately (didn't know this was a problem and simply meant we needed to do 2 transactions when paying). Unfortunately I think I will find myself sourcing supplies online from now on.

I don't think this store is meant for men. There were plenty of women though. I follow my wife around the shops, and don't think it was as good value as some other stores we've been to like Kmart or BigW. I don't think I would shop here that much as it doesn'nt seem that good a value for money.

I was at spotlight at morayfield last month, I was down that way and my daughter and I stopped in to have a look for stuff for her birthday party. We ended up getting some craft kits for prizes for the games we had organised for her party, there were heaps to choose from, and they had some in all different prices. We ended up getting a few for about $8 each. We were very happy with them. The checkout girl was nice and cheerful and the parking was easy, will go back again.

I could spend ages in this store! They always have lots of random clearance items going cheap which is fun to pick through and I was surprised at the huge range of party decorations and character costumes for kids and adults. They even have a cake decorating section and loads of stuff for arts and crafts. Easy parking out front too.

I think this is a good place to start if you are looking for material or craft supplies. They also sell curtains and blinds here, sewing machines and patterns. When they are having a sale, I drop in to see if they have something I need. It's easy to park as the carpark is quite big. They also have a coffee shop nearby to relax in after you have shopped.

I have spent so much money there... love buying material from ths shop. They have great material variety, the staff are all so friendly and can find what i'm looking for in an instant. Thanks guys.

A great range of craft supplies, and always some very good bargains. The staff have always been friendly, and the store itself is always neat and well organised. The isles are pretty well spaced, so the trolleys aren't a pain when it's busy, which is a definite plus!

I could spend hours here browsing the Craft sections & looking at the materials, Always pick up a bargain, They have already made curtains and homewareseanything you could want

The staff are always helpful. If you are not sure what you need for a project, they will soon fill you in. Their curtains and manchester are fantastic and great value. Their craft section is enormous.

well i walked in the store wondered around for ages as was lost looking for curtains and staff just walked past they didn't asked if i needed any help so if go back i'm going back only on certain conditions
