The shop is getting away with return policy ussuing a shop credit for items purchased on sale, dodgy. The policy is a loophall when returning incorrectly described items - e.g. you think you bought a silk garment but the label suggests that it is a viscose. Softly speaking really not custimer friendly. I would never buy in this shop

Really bad customer service, poor quality custmer care even when analysing customer requests (emails are read by robots, obviousy they do not quite get everything right). They will twist words (what is considered change of mind) to deduct the return shipping cost. Will never buy from Temple & Webster
