amazing little local café, little amazing treats and the best coffee I've had (and that's saying a lot!) nice staff and a cosy place to stay for a while.
we went for the earlybird special, it was about $60 I think per person, but you get an entrée main and dessert, think it would have cost over $100 if we didn't get the special. realy amazing food, I had the platter entrée which had so many various things on it. great for a treat to come here!
Had an emergency where my front tooth got broken on a pork bun of all things, every other dentist I tried wanted me to wait 3-4 days for an appointment but I was able to get a same day emergency appointment here. Clean modern office, lovely lady dentist who got me fixed up and nothing hurt!
Great tasty baos here, some mixed packs available. a little hard to find down a corridor, and tiny - only 4-5 seats. but the buns are amazing, so its worth standing up for!
well, it's pretty much the only place you can get a feed while at the top of buller, except for the little caravan at the bottom of wombat. Try to avoid 1-2pm as the place is packed, takes ages to get anything and you won't get a seat. Good hotdogs from the hotdog counter outside if you want to avoid the huge inside queues.
Pretty trendy, typical inner city hipster place. Not really authentic ramen, more tailored to the beard & beanie set. There's a big Japanese supermarket down the road that does far more authentic cuisine than here.
Decent food and coffee here - they used to have a great lunch menu with specials for around $8-10, but unfortunately their new lunch menu isn't such a great deal, more like $15. Some good afternoon specials too like wedges/chips etc.
Approximate cost: $20
