The teacher who led the RSA course, Kelvin Cutler, was excellent. Kels profound knowledge of and extensive experience in the hospitality industry made the class interesting, clear and more enjoyable than the previous QLD RSA I took part in. His positive teaching methods, upbeat personality and approachability created a positive atmosphere within the classroom and made retaining the vast amount of information easier. I believe Kel does an excellent job in teaching the RSA course. If his enthusiasm and obvious love for his profession exceeds beyond the classroom, I highly believe that he is a valuable and irreplaceable team member and a great representation for your companys reputability.
