Exceptional service! Had my installation booked in, was given a time window and Ken communicated and kept me updated as to the time he would arrive. He did an amazing job installing my new dryer also gave me a run down on the product too. It’s hard to find tradespeople that go above and beyond but this one you cannot fault. Highly recommend and what a great friendly guy too! 11/10

For a small local business this is a disgrace! I've been in there three times now on separate occasions and the excuse for sales assistants in there can't even give you the time of day to say hello as they are chatting drinking their coffees. I desperately want a handbag from there however refuse to buy it on principle now very disappointing.
