Where do I start. Have taken my Mitsubishi ASX, which I bought new from another dealer in Adelaide which closed, to these guys for a turbo hose fault many times over last 5 years and the issue continues. The turbo hose leak has never been fixed and they continue to bandaid an issue rather replace what needs replacing or find out exactly whats faulty. They logbook serviced my car in Sept 2017 and a week and a half later it overheated and after waiting for it to cool and pretty much rolling my car home I called mitsubishi and they talked me through some checks. It turned out they had neglected to fill the radiator and I was 2.5litres down on coolant. Time passes and once again I smelt burning oil due to the ongoing turbo hose leak ( an issue which has been occurring since 2013) and so I returned the car to be checked over only to be told it was leaking due to being overfilled with oil at the previous service which they had carried out ( Clearly great work done on that $670 service, which I will add they charged me $133 for 5L of coolant!) . They lowered the oil level, tightened a clamp and asked that I come back to have it checked again in 500km. So... I return with the car where I wait for nearly 2 hrs to be told it is still leaking so they have rotated a hose and asked I come back in another 500km to have it checked AGAIN. No solution in sight and clearly my time isn't of value. Super unimpressed with Mitsubishi in general.
