My Mum and I dined here for dinner whilst on a trip to Melbourne. I googled for an Italian restaurant and this one came up. It exceeded all expectations! A quaint little Italian restaurant hidden in one of Melbourne CBD's laneways, the service was fantastic. They found us a table, even though we hadn't booked. The menu had something to please everyone. The meals we had were delicious and filling, lots of flavour and left us feeling more than satisfied. I really recommend their flavoursome garlic bread, it had a strong but unique taste. The prices are very reasonable and a lot less than some other Melbourne eateries. Highly recommended.

We ordered pizza from here for pick up whilst visiting Murray Bridge. Their service was excellent and their pizza tasted great. We got a good value deal: 2 large pizzas, 1.25l soft drink and an garlic bread for about $40! The pizzas were of a high quality, I enjoyed watching the pizza man make the dough bases and we had lots of leftovers for the next day (the pizzas were bigger than our local pizza places). Highly recommended!

This is our second visit to this fish and chip shop. We were so impressed both times. The service is fantastic, our 4yr old son enjoyed the lolly snake they gave him :)
The prices are about right and the chips taste amazing! Perfect little shop for a quick bite to eat. Love to take it down and eat along the river.

Ordered dinner from here tonight and went to pick it up to bring home. Man on the phone was very nice and helpful. Once we got home with our order and unpacked it ready to eat, we were disappointed to have found we were missing a vital part of our order - the prawn crackers. Our son was quite upset, and this is not the first time this has happened. When I rang them back to let them know, a lady answered the phone. She looked up our docket and said 'oh yes, you did order some'. I told her this was not the first time this has happened and we had paid for them, she then told me I should have reminded them when picking up our order! Is that not her job??? She said I could come back and collect them, but by the time I drove back my dinner would have been cold, so I said don't worry about it. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

The best pharmacy I have ever been too. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, including the pharmacist, who will come down any time to explain something to you or answer a question you might have. Very quick turnaround when filling scripts and they stock an extensive range of products. There is also a photo developing station which is handy. I now refuse to go anywhere else for my pharmacy needs!

I have one been to this pharmacy once before, but I decided to fill a script here today as I was visiting the shopping centre anyway. I was served promptly, which was nice. It was very busy and the wait was about 30minutes (which I was not told when they gave me my beeper). My son was getting quite restless. Eventually, my beeper went off and I approached the desk to collect my medication. While the lady was getting it bagged and paperwork signed, I also asked if I might please have some over-the-counter pain killers. She said I would have to wait again, as they had codeine in them and would need to be recorded. I didn't want to wait for another 30mins, so I said don't worry about it, I would go to my usual Priceline who do it on the spot. I then went to the front counter to pay. I waited for about 15minutes before the lady at the register finished with another customer and then proceeded to tell me that her register was closed...I went across the store to the other register, finalised my payment and left, vowing to never bother with this pharmacy again, unless I had 1.5hrs to waste getting 1 script filled!

I entered this store before Christmas with my husband and son to choose my Christmas present. We were served within about 15mins, which was ok, because they were busy pre-Christmas. I chose my ring, paid for it and took it home to put under the Christmas tree.
After Christmas, we then returned to the store to organise a re-sizing of my ring. We waited for quite a while to even be acknowledged, as did quite a few other people. We were finally approached by a staff member and once I told her my enquiry, she stated that she couldn't do it and I would have to wait for another staff member...In the meantime, my son was getting bored, about 6 other customers had given up and walked out, all the while one staff member was filling up their chocolate ball bowl, one was in and out of the back on the phone and one single staff member was on the floor helping another customer. In the end I gave up and left aswell. You'd think they would put on experienced staff and lots of them if they are doing a post-Christmas sale! I will go elsewhere in future, where the customer service if better and I feel like an important part of their income.

We booked in here for dinner (3A & 3C) with a friend and her children for New Year's Eve. I saw the deal on Facebook where kid's eat free and thought how nice that was. Once there, we were seated promptly near a kid's playroom, which was convenient and each adult was served a complimentary glass of champagne. The playroom, equipped with blackboards and games stations, kept the children happy until the meals arrived. On my first look at the menu, the steak meals we quite pricey. But once we received them, they looked amazing. Plated up on a large platter with plenty of room to move. My husband and friend really enjoyed their steak meals, while I had a fantastic chicken parmigiana. The chicken was tender and not gristly and it was so huge I couldn't finish it, but it tasted great. The kids meals satisfied them (2 x nuggets, 1 x spaghetti bolognese), our older boy even got seconds of his pasta dish! If it weren't a kid's eat free night, then kid's meals would have only been $3 each anyway, which is quite good. The desserts were rather expensive, so we only ordered one for the older boy - chocolate brownie with icecream, which was huge, and 2 x kid's $2.50 icecreams for the younger kid's. The bill at the end was no more than eating out elsewhere. The only issue I had was the table service...staff did not smile or seem happy to be there and it was hard to get their attention for things like another drink or the bill.

I booked in here for my husband's birthday lunch. We had a table of 8 of us. We were seated promptly in a lovely area with a view of the whole dining room. When the waitress came over to take our order, I asked if it might be easier for us to order and pay at the counter, as we were all paying seperately, she said no, it would be easier for us to order at the table, so we did. We all ordered a starter, a main and a dessert, with drinks at the same time. The starters came out in no time, and I must recommend the potato skins, they were excellent! Our mains however, took about 1hr to arrive at our table. We were all starving and were lucky that the 3 young children at our table weren't kicking up too much of a fuss. We ate our mains, agreeing that the food was ok, but nothing special. We then sat for about another hour for our table to be cleared and dessert to arrive, but this was only after we went up to the bar and prompted them. Also we had asked for some water about 20mins prior and had not seen hide nor hair of it!. By this stage we had been there for about 2.5hrs, a lot longer than we had planned and our drinks had long run dry. The desserts finally came out, we ate them quickly and went to pay our bill. The bill was not seperate as we had anticipated (and enquired at the start!). So we had a lot of mucking around to try and pay it all. This was a very average experience and I must say we probably won't be returning, as the service left a lot to be desired, especially considering the amount of money they were getting from our table alone.

The meat from this business is unbelievable! It is such good quality, I am very impressed. Yes, it is quite expensive (unless they have it on special) but it is more than worth it for the tasty and quality meats they sell. I purchased a whole eye fillet and slow-cooked it for family, it came out with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and full of flavour. I am keen to try their pork fillet next time I order.
