I wasn't sure about signing up to calm birth classes but I'm so glad I did! They were really empowering and such a helpful preparation for birth. The transition to parenthood class was excellent too - it's definitely worthwhile spending a bit of time learning these things! The instructor was excellent and her personal passion and experience were invaluable - I feel so much more confident knowing that I can seek her advice along the way if I need it. I think women need more of this kind of birth support!
