I have now been using Hoselink for several years now and I have found them to be courteous and helpful whenever purchasing, or with a problem.
Their product are very easy to swap on the different types of connections which saves a lot of time.
Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used A.Absolut floors and he (Chris) is even better than the first time. He has been on time every day, cleans his tools leaves the area clean and tidy, explains each proceedure and what is best for the boards. Very proffessional and easy to watch him work his magic. I am very impressed with the finished job and I have no hesitaion in recomendig him for any wooden floor polishing.

My 3 day experience with Kogan

I understand your concern regarding your Kogan 24" Full HD LED TV w/ DVD player PVR USB 1080P's remote control that is not working.
As what we have discussed, you have tested the remote by following the steps that was provided. As you said, there was a flash of light however the buttons still won't work. We can't perform a factory reset on your television since you can't input the buttons.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will ensure this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
Allow me to further advise you, I will refer your concern to our Support Team to get back to you as soon as possible. They will further assist you with your concern.

)At this point I have spoken to Vince about 9.30am was to send me an email within 30 min did not come
I rung back about 12.45 spoke to Luke, he was to send me instructions re camera on phone to check remote, not not come.
45 min rung back spoke to Ron, he sent it within 10min.
Tested the remote with the mobile phone, remote is ok.
rung back at 1pm spoke to Zestha, tested the tv with the remote, and not working, as I advised.)

1.07pm received below email now I wait

I now that it is out of warranty and I don't want an assessment I would like it repaired.
Don't Kogan do repairs? If not can you advise where I can have it repaired or do I just throw it away???

Unfortunately due to the age of the TV we are unable to repair it, aslo in attempting to do so the cost of doing this would be higher then the actual value of the TV itself.

Why wasn't I informed on the 19th when I had spoken to your office 4 times? and wasted nearly 3 hours??
I have purchased three items from Kogan, Digital Radio, still working. A 3D blue ray  player lost power, thrown out. now the TV which the remote doesn't work and has to be thrown out too.
That's just great, thank you very much for the great quality products Kogan sells.

This saga lasted three days and
I have not heard a word from Kogan Management.
