MY Mobile Phone service is with Kogan and They seem to be very competitively priced. Overall I am happy with the service. I also order a few products . Being Cheap Chinese products they do not last long , however as they are so cheap I dont really mind getting rid of them and buying New items.

Overall Kogan is a very reliable online electronics provider. They do a great job of honoring warranties and helping out if things go wrong. Items tend to ship quickly with accurate shipping and haven't had any issues dealing with CS. My only complaint that prevents a 5 star is that they don't accept refunds on any products except their own.

Worst customer service. Very rude operator and insisting that their sub par product was not faulty even though it kept restarting and overheating.

I brought a mobile phone from here and have had problems with it. I also had a phone plan with them and I wasn't impressed with the internet access and they eventually collapsed.

My 3 day experience with Kogan

I understand your concern regarding your Kogan 24" Full HD LED TV w/ DVD player PVR USB 1080P's remote control that is not working.
As what we have discussed, you have tested the remote by following the steps that was provided. As you said, there was a flash of light however the buttons still won't work. We can't perform a factory reset on your television since you can't input the buttons.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will ensure this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

)At this point I have spoken to Vince about 9.30am was to send me an email within 30 min did not come
I rung back about 12.45 spoke to Luke, he was to send me instructions re camera on phone to check remote, not not come.
45 min rung back spoke to Ron, he sent it within 10min.
Tested the remote with the mobile phone, remote is ok.
rung back at 1pm spoke to Zestha, tested the tv with the remote, and not working, as I advised.)

1.07pm received below email now I wait

I now that it is out of warranty and I don't want an assessment I would like it repaired.
Don't Kogan do repairs? If not can you advise where I can have it repaired or do I just throw it away???

Unfortunately due to the age of the TV we are unable to repair it, aslo in attempting to do so the cost of doing this would be higher then the actual value of the TV itself.

Why wasn't I informed on the 19th when I had spoken to your office 4 times? and wasted nearly 3 hours??
I have purchased three items from Kogan, Digital Radio, still working. A 3D blue ray  player lost power, thrown out. now the TV which the remote doesn't work and has to be thrown out too.
That's just great, thank you very much for the great quality products Kogan sells.

Almost bought something from here, but didn't get around to it because we picked up a better bargain elsewhere for second hand.
But for any new technology related products, it's a great place.
And they keep sending me daily emails with new and funky products. There are some interesting ideas out there that always pique your interests.

Would I buy from here, that's an affirmative captain.

I bought a Samsung Tablet 7" from Kogan site and it was well worth to purchase it from there. Service was great. The product was actually delivered out from Hong Kong. Price was reasonable and the product worked well till today. Good and trusty website to purchase and compare prices for electronic products. Even their own brand products are good too!

Purchased iPad Mini 64GB from them 3 weeks ago. It was meant to be Christmas present for my wife. Waited for 2 weeks, no response from them whatsoever. Contacted customer service department. Waited another week, received email today notifying me that the item will be delivered wwithin 1-4 weeks!!! Trying to cancel the order now but it's not as easy as it seems. VERY disappointed!

We bought a 55" kogan lcd flat screen tv. cheaper than any other 55" tv that was on the market and the picture is fantastic. we did get a dead pixel about 6 months in. We filled out the online form at about 7pm one business day and the next morning a courier arrived at our front door to pick up the tv. they came so fast we werent even ready and hadnt boxed the tv up yet. the courier ended up coming back the next day at no extra charge. fantastic speedy service
