I purchased my Humax TV Recorder from Harvey Norman Lake Haven last year and just last week brought it back for some help with updating the software. This was proving to be quite complex, but Stephen Barnes help me out, and as he was very busy with sales that afternoon he kept it overnight and solved the difficulty out of usual store hours.
