Housecleaning work performed was fine. More than I can say for the administrative side of this business, constant mistakes, invoicing hopeless, failure to make bookings correctly, don't send people when they say they will, fail to send people at all. Very poorly organised.

I have used these guys for several years now, after they were initially able to install aircon into a difficult situation in an old house. Other firms wouldn't/ couldn't be bothered doing it. These guys have got my business and annual service ever since. Have had two other units installed since. They are efficient, turn up on time, and do what they say they will do. A good company to deal with.

If you have naturally curly or fine hair, try this salon and ask for Badraya. This young woman knows her onions when it comes to curly hair! Always service with a smile, and usually easy to get an appointment. They also do a good walk-in service, so if you didn't make an appointment it's still worth giving them a try. She is a good colourist, and an excellent cutter too.

This is another of these places where the doctors are too busy talking amongst themselves to pay real attention to what they are doing. I went here with a really bad eye infection, and wasn't even given an antibiotic. Received examination and so called treatment in a room which was not private. The 'treatment' was no treatment. Only went there because my own doctor was on holidays. The waiting room is noisy, not so clean, noisy commercial TV program on all time - not so good when people are feeling ill. Lond waits for walk in visits. The infection escalated and my own doctor and subsequent specialist both said I should have been given antibiotic. Hmm. Won't be going back there.

Dr Kachwaha is a very nice lady doctor at this practice. This is a clean, calm, quiet practice (thank goodness for that!), no loud irritating commercial TV (which is unhelpful when people are feeling ill). Admin staff are efficient, and the appointments system works quite well. Blood tests and some other tests are available on the premises which is a big plus. Only drawback is the new blood pressure machines are a bit gung ho and painful, which tends to increase your blood pressure just thinking about it! I prefer the old style sleeve method which is just as accurate provded the devices are regularly checked and calibrated.

Was very disappointed in this place. All advertising, poor service delivery. Felt fobbed off. Did not get proper attention even though was in extreme pain and have top private dental cover. Dentist and staff too busy chatting amongst selves to listen to what I was saying. Not easy for me to get there as have disability so all round, this was a very distressing experience. Prices are up there at the top end of the range, so you can end up paying top dollar for several xrays, then getting only a referral and yet another long wait (having already waited a long time for an appointment), to another very expensive specialist to do work that this same dentist used to do himself.
