2 times he didn't turn up for appointment to quote and didn'tcall to let me know. Then on the 3rd appointment he finally did show up. 2 weeks waiting for quote - would not call back or return messages and when I used a different number he answered and said he had sent me quote - he did not. He then said he would resend. Still waiting 2 days later. All over red rover. Taking business elsewhere.
