His customer service is exceptional and his knowledge of timber and passion for what he does unmatched. Nothing was too much trouble. Every detail was attended to .Prices were also reasonable. All we can say is that the end result was perfect.

Booked appointment with Melanie after a long abstinence from having eyebrow work done due to a previous not so great experience elsewhere. Was nervous and almost cancelled appointment but so glad I didn't. This lady is truly amazing. She was so welcoming, friendly and reassuring. Melanie's passion for what she does is clearly evident. Her approach is simple - each client is an individual and there is no one size fits all approach when it comes to eyebrows. What can I say.....I left with the most amazing eyebrows (first time ever) and this just after my first visit. They are a work in progress so am looking forward to my ongoing 'brow rehab' with Melanie. Well worth the drive to see her.
