Had a work Xmas lunch function there, despite pre-paying with an itemised list (with names), orders were still incorrect. My dish, barramundi "catch of the day" at $32, consisted of 1 and 1/4 very thin, rather small fillets, approx 20 chips and a side salad. The optional sauce, $3, which was ordered, and paid for, never came. Nachos, $17, as an entree, came with some burnt corn chips, 6 kidney beans, minimal cheese and less flavour. Overall, a very poor meal, ridiculously over-priced.

Pizza was quite nice, gourmet style, well cooked. The price tag of $20 for a large is excessive, but comparable with the other shops in the town.
All pastas were also over $16, but the ones I saw in the restaurant looked (and smelled) quite nice.
Their opening hours are not to be bragged about either ... Closed on a Sunday night at 6pm?? And Monday night??
It is however, the best of the ridiculously over-priced pizza shops in Merimbula.
Try the $15 dinner specials at the clubs instead ... : )

Tourist town that relies on visitors, not turnover. 4 pizza shops in town, and they have all agreed on prices. The pizza itself was reasonable, most definitely NOT WORTH the $22 I was charged ... However, every pizza shop in the town charges $20 + for a large. Family is $30 + ...
I suggest a $15 meal from the RSL or Bowls Club is the better option ...

Ordered a take away, even though they seem more set up for dine in. Staff very friendly and in the 10 minutes I was there, greeted 3 or 4 other patrons by name.
Ingredients were tasty, capsicum and onion very fresh and tasty. My only criticism would be that it could have been cooked just a whisker more.
Quite an array of traditional pizzas and pastas on the menu, all reasonably priced.

Pizzas are just ok, pastas and nachos are great value. Very consistent in the quantity and quality of serves, which is a rarity for most take away shops. A new pizza menu is coming in March / April '10, with many gourmet / healthier choices. I will give the pizzas another go when that arrives.

new owners, thought i'd try them .. big mistake. ordered 1/4 chicken (wing) with salad and chips. chicken was just warm, (and a thigh), chips were very salty and the macaroni salad just ok. fairly sure they will rely on student patronage from deakin at lunchtimes ... they would not want to rely on local patrons in evenings.

only tried this place due to other places being closed over xmas ... i had heard it was not that good and the report was accurate. thin base pizza, scantily spread ingredients, and hardly any cheese. service was very quick, understandable though, for a pizza that was wafer thin and lacking in taste.

have regularly gone to the camberwell store over the years .. tried this one twice in the last 3 months for a take away pizza. first one, the base was soggy so that the ingredients (plenty) fell off when a slice was picked up. the second time, slightly worse .. still soggy, and to top it off, was ill the next day.
will NEVER go there again ...

first time customer, the shop is set back from the main strip, close to the safeway end. very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the salads on display all looked fairly fresh. the aroma in the store was awesome ... freshly cooked charcoal chickens, mingled with a lamb skewer for the souvlaki and freshly cooked chips. will certainly visit again.

regular servicing of my car is always quoted, any issues arising are always phoned through to me prior to commencement and the car is always ready at the required time. very handy location, being close to train and tram. explaination of works done is always thorough, and advice is given when asked.
