I wouldn't!
I rang this service and got a gruff response from the man on the phone. He said to email the model number of the oven, which I did and said he would be in contact. He didn't get in touch, so in a day or so I contacted him again. He said that they didn't carry the part that I required, (oven seals), so he would have to order them in. (Again he had a very curt manner on the phone). No contact again for almost a week, so I rang again and he said the part was ordered and he would let me know when it comes in. (Again in his oh so polite manner!!) Never heard anything from him for a week and a half, actually close to 2 weeks!) Gave up and found another company, who were very helpful, courteous and the oven is now repaired. Customer service is important, no matter how small the job is as it leads onto other jobs!!

The whole team were so friendly and helpful at The Oven Repairman, the two ladies that answer the phones, and Nick the repairman. We had two separate items on the oven repaired and had to wait for some parts to be delivered. Even though delivery was slow from the supplier's end, The Oven Repairman staff were apologetic and helpful. When the parts were ready, they very quickly organised the repair. Thoroughly recommend this business.
