I tried to ask for some advice, I asked one question and the girls continued their personal conversation. This happened 2-3 times, the answers they gave were minimal to say the least. I ended up walking out and not purchasing anything at all. I will never go back as this is not the first time this has happened.

Trying to find a part for a small car the guy behind the counter was less than no help. He tried to find the part on the computer but I think he may have been playing cards!!! The car is quite new and he told me the bit was not available anymore, he was quite please to give me that info!!!

Bunnings in Balcatta is a social club for the staff service is not on the agenda!! There are only 2-3 checkouts working even during peak times. The floor staff have a problems helping customers. They are usually talking to each other or trying very hard to ignore customers.

One phone call to them no problem, they knew exactly what I wanted no dithering asked for something, went there it was wating and the lass was on the ball. The quality was good value for money.

Almost had to pick the product, pay for the product, work the till, get the barcode,
should have been paid for my time! There was a total lack of customer service and it seems I was a bother interupting the conversations of the till staff.
