Amer (AK) is a great trainer, he has helped me build strength which helped with both back pain and knee injury. He is a very caring person - I don't think i could trust another trainer as much as I trust him with my health and fitness.

We had finger food catered for our daughters engagement party, the food was delivered right on time and was piping hot and stayed warm in the boxes enabling us to serve the food over a period of time.
