Sadi and team were easy to work with. Great communication and always got back to us with our queries quickly. They did a great job with our main bathroom, ensuite, outside fence, re-tile of all common areas, repaint whole house and various other little things. Our Shiba Inu, Marley, stayed at your Heathcote hotel for 4 days and was transported to and from there via your free pet shuttle, dropping off and picking up from Petbarn Hoxton park, which was very convenient! We did not meet any of the Hanrob staff personally but by the holiday report we were given, she received plenty of cuddles, and settled in easily. Marley came back happy and healthy, and we will definitely be using you again for our next holiday in June :)
