I am putting a sliding shelf into a pre existing cupboard, I am by no means a handy man but went in armed with a couple of ideas, one of which was well out of the realms of possibility but I left with all the bits I needed to put in the sliding shelf along with some instructions and was assured if my shelf was the wrong size I could return and have it re cut. Very happy experience.

The staff always go out of their way to be friendly and welcoming, even when busy, there is never a long to wait for my morning coffee. Overall great friendly service with very good coffee.
