Loving this service! Matt is great and I love that I'm the only one in the studio at any given time. It's a small space but very well-equipped, and Matt is very careful to make sure you work to your capacity while respecting your limits. Matt's the 4th PT I've worked with and I'm very happy with this service. I also likt that I can do a shorter session (45 mins or an hour) for a lower price, given that lack of time is a real issue for me.

I started off loving this business - being able to book in for as many sessions as you like, plus regular reviews, is very good vale. But it's hard to get a session at peak times, the quality of trainers is variable and turnover seems to be high, the bathroom facilites aren't great (no lockers and only one shower) and the equipment is starting to look pretty tired. Also, they've started doing a very hard sell on muli- vitamin products, which is a major turn-off. I think if I had my daytimes free and could go at a time when it wasn't busy, I could get maximum value, but basically the hard sell on the Juice plus pill has driven me away.

"Business" is right. I went to an interior design workshop that was advertised as just being held here, with no mention of religion, to find that it was actually an evangelical thing attempting to convert randoms like me who had paid good money (and it wasn't cheap) for a genuine course on interior design. Most embarrassing was that I had brought my Jewish friend. I have since heard from others who've had a similar experience. I didn't realise Jesus preached conversion by deception.

I used to love it here but it's let itself go a bit. The pastries are still very good, but the range is far smaller and they no longer do cakes. All the bread and sandwiches are sold pre-wrapped in plastic, which seems odd, and again the range is very limited. And the pies are inexcusable mass-produced ones, which are well below the quality of the rest of the goods. It is open for breakfast on Friday and Saturday, and the fare then is great, if standard, and very good value.

Excellent pizzas, at good prices. Other takeaway items a little steep, but good - crisp and fresh fried foods, especially the potato scallops, and Baiada chickens. The main letdowns are the terrible salads, but then those aren't what you come for!

Great makeover service! Only drawback was that time needed for hair and wardrobe audit was not well judged, so very little time was left for shopping. Also, I'm a plus-sized woman, Lizzie had some difficulty finding new clothes for me. But in the wardrobe audit she had some great ideas for tweaking my existing clothes, and the makeup tips were great (she toned down my look, rather than amping it up as I had feared she might)

Dr Dickson is a good opthalmologist - I haven't had any crises, just regular checks, so haven't really tested his skills, but have been oretty happy with the service - although as usual with specialists it always seems pretty expensive

This is a great practice - all the doctors are excellent and the practice nurses are also wonderful. The main drawback is that their popularity makes it very hard to get an appointment. If you need to see a GP within 24 hours you will be very unlikely to get in, and unless you are OK with seeing any of the doctors (ie not your regular) you may not get in within 2-3 days. I have a chronic condition so make appointments at 6 weeks apart, and I feel that I get the best care possible.

Great, friendly, thorough, painless treatment. Have recommended them to many people. I can get some free treatments from my health insurer's network providers, but I would stil rather go there and pay. I do wish they were part of that network though. They do have Hi-Caps, which is helpful.

Excellent vet service -fantastic expertise and specialists available, and they treat your pets very well. You can also find any supplies you might possibly need. The only negative is that the service is quite expensive compared to other vets - in particular there is a very high markup for medications. But your pet will receive first-rate care.
