Quieter than the busier Castle Hill store but checkout is quick as there are not many queues. Staff is helpful & friendly. Fresh food section is limited in variety but has most items.
Busy supermarket - smaller than Castle Hill but big enough for the odd occasion I come to Westfield North Rocks to shop. A bit limited in the fresh food section compared to Castle Hill but alright for everyday staples.
Store is well-laid out and aisles are wide so it is easy to find what I want easily & quickly. When a special was not in stock, I was able to get a rain-check for the quantity I wanted.
Bank is in a convenient location for me to do quick deposits for my daughter & staff approached me when I was at the entrance to take the quick deposit from me without having me to go in which was excellent, as I had a shopping trolley with me.
I asked for assistance with the Commsec account I have and the staff was friendly & helpful. I was able to resolve my problem fairly quickly.
I come here to do my banking and the service is quick and friendly. They also offer financial service advice if needed.
Offers good value for money with the range of meat & poultry products available. Service is fairly quick & they also offer a rewards program if you spend $15 or more each time.
Fresh fruit & vegetables here are of high quality even though slightly more expensive than the average greengrocer but they have some good specials every week. You also get a chance to go into a draw to win prizes each week with your shopping receipt though I haven't won anything yet.
Staff is helpful & friendly. Willing to match prices. Bought a quality underwoollen blanket here and it is very warm & comfortable. Usually has specials for sheet sets and is good value for money.
Generally low prices for everyday items but sometimes quality is compromised. Service is good but sale items run out quickly so was a bit disappointed when I couldn't get what I wanted last Sunday.
