Went here for lunch on a whim and ended up having a great large bowl of thick chips. The kids meal was delicious as well, very generous with 3 scoops of ice-cream for dessert. The place has a nice view, very spacious inside was not busy at all so very relaxing and received food quickly. From the exterior doesn't look like much but inside has a welcoming atmosphere.
At $3.30 it works out only a little more expensive than buying pre packed sushi elsewhere. They have a good selection with basics and as well as more special choices to experiment. Tried one with lobster pretty good, recommend the one with the cooked salmon, love the fun of choosing. Situated in the perfect spot right next to the cinema for a pre or post meal or snack.
Approximate cost: $3.30
It's a cute little place but definitely gives you a wonderful place to experience the smaller intimate performances, just speak a bit louder when the planes go overhead. Seen a couple of student plays here, really enjoyable.
A prettier pub than the standard local with a nice combination of old and new. Has a pool table which is fun and the upstairs smoking is really cool at night, good fun with a bar both upstairs and downstairs so you can switch it up.
Recommend the salted caramel milkshake had a fudge like caramel all at the bottom, expensive but yummy. The food was better value. They do not have any sides though and disappointingly would not put some yogurt in a bowel for the baby. Would go here for the sweet items rather than the all day food.
Approximate cost: $15
Got a small pottle of pretty decent of fried rice which came with a few peas and some random prawns which was a welcome surprise. For $4 a easy filling cheap dinner. Real fast as well in and out in couple of minutes.
Highly recommend the chocolate sultanas. The creamy sweet milk chocolate matches the sweetness of the raisins so well. Can eat a small bag myself easily.
Almost guaranteed to find at least one thing you want. Most items are disappointingly a little expensive though. They charge just enough that you question your need for it but if ya really want it you end up buying it anyway. Extensive variety, their range already in the couple of weeks open the mercy has changed. Queue for changing rooms so wouldn't recommend going round lunch time, it's packed but will most likely be like this for a while to come. Plenty of staff who a really friendly and helpfull.
The energy in this shop just makes you want to buy things. It's often so busy you can get carried away and fall guilty to impulse buys. Impressive range that regularly changes with multiple price points. However am disappointed that they don't stock more than medium in some styles.
Can't say enough positive things about this site they are SOOOOOO CHEAP. Takes about two weeks for deliver so plan in advance but it's free postage so can't complain at all. Intend to use for all future book purchases, hope they stick around and just get bigger although they already seem to stock most things.
