It was both a joy and a relief when Lynette made her most welcome 2 hour home visit in which she covered a vast array of IT information. She quickly tuned into my very basic understanding of the IPad and guided me through many procedures which have helped me start to comprehend and access its wonders. She obviously has a very high level of IT knowledge which coupled with her excellent teaching skills ensures that she can quickly and easily pass on information. She is a truly delightful and easy person to work with and I shall certainly be calling on her again to further increase my skills. Carpet cleaning - just great. I've used this company for years and have always found them excellent.
