BEST Yum Cha for MILES! Terrific selection, quick turn-over of food, so it's always hot and fresh! LOVE their Green Veges to accompany the food. Special occasions (Mother's Day, Father's Day, Good Friday etc) will see you lined up out onto the street, but SOOO worth it!

Very friendly and accommodating staff :-) Terrific on many levels, great family-friendly restaurant (we've been eating here since our kids were really small, and now they're late teens/young adults and they still love it!!) as well as catering to adults. Great for a quick bite to eat before catching a movie. Our all time faves are: their Club Sandwich, Marinated Lamb Pita and their CHIPS are to DIE FOR!! Don't go past their chocolate mousse either (big enough for two to share, trust me!)

Don't be put off by the location - the food at this place is fantastic! This is a regular for us (at least once a month) They make the BEST eye fillet (to your liking) bar none! Cooked to perfection, with your choice of veges, chips or salad. Another favourite is the Spaghetti with King Prawns (cooked with shallots and soy) FANTASTIC!! Book ahead, because leaving it to the last minute, you won't get in. A bit noisy in the "outside covered area" but inside (carpeted area) more pleasant and less noise. Either way, the food's fantastic, never had a disappointing meal.

If you're looking for a classy bar, at a sexy venue, for indulgent drinks, then head over to Velluto! I LOOVE this place - great to meet friends before dinner, it's not big and flashy, but cozy, sensual and very sophisticated! Martin, (bar man) is VERY accommodating and gets flavours right for the most AMAZING cocktails! Friends have been to private functions here as well and were extremely impressed!

Very generous servings. Lovely homey atmosphere. Fantastic "home style" food. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Don't go past the deep fried Camembert for entree. The pork knuckle was amazing!! (Note that the Pork Knuckle is only available on certain nights - check their Facebook page for updates, or contact them for when it's available).

This is a regular favourite when we're in the city (after working at an exhibition). Fantastic atmosphere, both inside and outside on the balcony. Quick service, food is consistently good. Favourite is the Prawns Sambal and FTK (fantastic smokey flavour!) Great for big groups! Only criticism, eating later than 7pm, you'll be in a queue to get in as they DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS! (No cover when it's raining).

Cheap and cheerful! We love this place when we need a quick bite to eat, without breaking the bank (don't be put off by the kitchen being down stairs or the lack of ambiance) this place will make up for it with AMAZING food. You can't go past the Thai Beef Salad (DELISH!) Pad Thai, Pad See Ew. Fresh, quick and delicious.

This has been our favourite restaurant for years! We go every 6 weeks. The staff are accommodating, the food NEVER disappoints (we have Indian family members and they can't fault it!) Too many favourites to list! (Entrees: If you like spicy prawns, PLEASE have the Chilli Prawns Namaste, Chicken tikka a favourite. Mains: Prawns Joshina. Also LOVE the Kuchamba - diced tomato, cues & corriander salad - YUM!)

We've been eating here for years! The food is consistent, the staff are attentive. Highly recommend the San Choy Bow and their signature dish, the Salt & Pepper Prawns! We've never had a bad experience here!

My husband and I attended Julie's classes and WOW what an amazing woman! Her classes are informative, making it easy to take in the information; she's incredibly knowledge, respectful and shows genuine care towards her clients so much so, that I've recommended her to many friends who in turn have passed her name onto their friends - that speaks volumes! I would absolutely recommend her services without any hesitation.
