I ordered and paid for flower arrangement from the website, the delivered arrangement was nothing like displayed, instead the arrangement had half dead flowers. The pink Gerbras were pale in color, the petals brown with no life at the tips.
The daisies used in the arrangement, were also dried and curled up out of shape and dropping, those daisies grow as weeds in WA where they were delivered.
When I complained, with image of the flowers, easyflower seem to think there was nothing wrong. Very good justifying themselves in public forums. If the same dedication spent monitoring reviews was put into providing a quality product, they would be worthy of dealing with.
The person who received the arrangement was totaaly embarrassed in front of collegues.
If you want to risk using easyflowers, read all the complaints of other dissatisfied coustomers.
Over the years I have made regular flower purchases online and always been satisfied. This is the first time and last time I have used easyflowers.com.au Totally dissatisfied!

I love this place for the food they offer and the unbeatable price and service!
The meals are home baked, presented well, usually accompanied with a fresh salad.

The special board displays a range of meals, including a vegetarian choice, around $12 with a coffee included. (still unsure of choice- a refrigerated cabinet displays the specials)

The table menu has more choices, including an all-day breakfast menu.

The café is clean, staff are friendly, service is fantastic. Meals are fresh, tasty and satisfying-definitely value for money.

The things that let this place down are minor, compared to the positives- Most people wouldn't notice-but for review purpose I'll mention the negatives.
• It has a plain Jane feel, noise carries throughout the place.
• The table menu, is poorly designed making it hard to read; layout, fonts and colour (pink and yellow) .

Six lunch time diners- two lasagnes, two chicken parmas, one steak burger, one pizza.
Two lasagnes came out heavily topped with bechamel sauce. The centre of the lasagne was icy cold. The steak of the burger was cold and dry, the waitress returned the meals to the kitchen.
The pamas, one which came out much later than the other five meals was a dark brown, companied by cold chips.
The waitress was very apologetic and accommodating with free drinks.
Second round of meals came out without improvement, most of the food left, with the diners too embarrassed to complain further.
The pizza was faultless-well presented, beautiful crust, hot, fresh and tasty.
The bill arrived, the happy pizza customer went to negotiate the bill with the manager, prepared to pay for what was acceptable and consumed.
The manager accepted the compromise without hesitation or fuss, with apologies for our experience.
