Bad customer service; BEWARE!
This business obviously doesn't value its customers. We've spent over $2500 with Outbax camping buying a spa and a 27000 litre pool from them. We then decided to buy a vacuum cleaner for our pool from them and found it next to useless. Their website says they offer a 100% money back guarantee so we told them we were dissatisfied with the product and would like our money back. Instead of an apology and details of how to return the product for refund, they told us that we can't return the product because it's been used. I asked how we could know that the product was inadequate if we didn't use it, and they said that it was their policy not to accept returns that aren't in their original condition. We said that it has been washed and repacked in its original packaging but that wasn't good enough for them. We were interested in other products they sell and would have been ongoing customers if not for the woeful customer service we have received.
