I didn't find the service that great, I was looked at for ages as I browsed the store without being offered service, when I approached someone they showed me where the products were without recommending anything. Prices were okay, had a fair number of items in stock including gift type items. Nothing really bad but nothing really good, would probably go elsewhere next time.

Have visited here 3 or 4 times for presents. The staff members are always professional and friendly, they are quite helpful without being overly proactive (ultimately they will ask what I want and a few questions then show me a range and I have to decide which one I want, as opposed to them making specific product recommendations). Items are always well wrapped and professionally done. Always has most items in stock, represents the Pandora brand well.

Saw an item in the catalogue and went inside, I was immediately greeted my the staff member on the front desk, she got the product for me straight away in a friendly manner. No hassles and easy transaction, I'd imagine if I went to Bunnings to do the same thing the whole experience would take 3 times as long. Easy parking at the back, always someone around to help, not a big store but this is good in a lot of ways. This store follows all the catalogues (or dogalogues as they call them). Accepts Amex as well. Nice store!

We had a FANTASTIC waiter assist us, she was friendly and very attentive at all times. Food wise, you won't leave here hungry, the portion sizes are big. If you are looking for a light meal you won't like this place, not only are the sizes big but the food is cooked with a lot of oil and salt, which a lot of people will find too much. The food presentation was great and the taste was great but like I said the meals are very heavy. What I didn't like was the chefs throwing food at each other, the owners coming in and talking to the chef through the kitchen window using swear words and the place could do with a bit of work in places, the dirty walls and cracked floors was a bit off putting. A lot of great things about this place but also room for improvement.

I am a big fan of Oporto, the service here is always friendly but to be honest the quality of the burgers whilst is fairly good, isn't up to the standards of the ones I've had at the City Cross and Tranmere stores. Great quality fast food, lots of options as far as burgers and sauces go. Unfortunately don't accept shop a docket vouchers like the Tranmere store does and quality not quite the same from my experiences.

The staff member here was very friendly, helpful and fairly knowledgeable. A little confused as the staff member wore a Chemmart shirt but this store isn't a Chemmart! She told me to ignore her top :p Not a big store but a fair range, never that busy and prices aren't bad but not as cheap as Chemist King or similar discount pharmacies.

The service here is very friendly, all food is halal. Food ranges from kebabs to Turkish pizzas and felafel. A kebab is about $9-$9.50, average value. My kebab wasn't bad, the meat was fresh but salad didn't taste that great. Lots of places to sit and staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Halal certified as well.

The staff members here are always friendly, they value your business and make you feel welcome. Some what strangely my last visit my meal was served on a plate with metal cutlery (as I was eating in), never had this before at any Wok In a Box, after all the name suggests it should be served in a box but that did not take away from the meal at all. The meal had a good amount of ingredients and sauce, it was hot and tasty and a decent serving size. Spend $9 or so on a regular box and that will certainly fill you up, and it's quite healthy as well! :)

Staff members are generally friendly, prices as you expect. The store certainly isn't as big as other stores, so the range isn't the same (compared to Keswick store it is perhaps half the size). Lots of parking available and store is quite well presented.

Used to be Chemmart, switched over about a year I think to UDC. I received amazing service from the staff member here, they were very pleasant, offered great advice and did not pressure me to purchase anything at all, they appeared happy just to assist me and did so with a great attitude and smile. The store had a few gaps present, I think they are still doing a bit of work on it, but it has a great range and I was blown away from the service. Prices are quite competitive.
