Fantastic accomodation located (literally) a stones throw from the water. It is very basic and very Lancelin but makes for a relaxing holiday with everything you need within walking distance. If you can get the corner unit nearest the beach, the sunset is brilliant! You can also take your dog!

A great little surf shop with a huge range. We went in to hire sandboards and ended up walking out with a tonne of stuff as they had a sale on and everything was a great price- forgot the sandboards and had to go back to get them.

Myself and a college had lunch at The Warehouse Cafe and it was great! I had the BLT which was just perfect and a really nice iced chocolate. We were served by the most delightful young lady and enjoyed the whole experience. The meals that we ordered looked like a work of art. A top place to grab a bit for lunch

A great little place to take the kids when the weather is wet or too hot. The playground is heaps of fun and there is a cafe for parents to have a coffee and catch up. if you have littlies like I do avoid the early afternoon as this is when the bigger kids seemt o come out and play.

probably the best bike shop I have been to. Ross helped me pick a bike a year or so ago, and has since services and repaired it as I have needed. he always has time for a chat and goes out of his way to make sure that everything is working well on my bike. He has great product knowledge and is very passionate about bikes. whenever i have wanted something that is not in stock he has managed to get it within two to three days with little of no fuss.
I purchased an electric recliner lounge chair from HealthcareEquipment WA for my grandfather. Ang was a great help in picking the right design. No pressure was put on us to purchase the equipment immediately and all our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Delivery from Malaga to Bateman was only $55 as well including installation and demonstrating how to use the chair.

Chilliz (formerly known as the Student cafe) is the best kept secret in Perth. It is a simple place with great food at a great price. It is primarily designed for students and is normally packed to the rafters around lunch time. The meals cost between $4 to $6 per person and the curry puffs and spring rolls can not be matched. I normally get the honey chicken and fried rice with 1 spring roll and 1 curry puff. A dish is big enough to share between 2 as long as you each have a curry puff and spring roll. If you are in a hurry be ware that you may need to line up for a while during peak periods, and don't expect to get a seat

My favorite morning cafe stop is the Daisies Cafe on the corner of Grant Street and Marmion Street in Cottesloe. I usually drop by every few days to grab the best muffins in the WORLD and an ice coffee! they have the friendliest staff in the business and never fail to fix my morning munchies!
Approximate cost: $7.50 (my normal spend)
We celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday at Roxby. The food was all very nice, and the venue was well set out. Our order was a bit of a disaster with a few dishes not turning up until the rest of the party had finished their meals, and two entrees coming out after the main course, but I guess that is to be expected in Perth when a large group. Also not really a very kid friendly venue as the high chairs were far too low for the tables.

We had a fantastic meal experience here- the waitress was able to recommend several dishes and each was superb. The chef's specialty curry was to die for. Top little place. it got very busy so make sure you have a booking as by 7:30pm it was packed
