Terrible customer service, wrong items deliveredI would rate them lower if I could. If you receive the correct product you are lucky. Customer service is appalling if you receive the wrong product. We order in February. Still have a huge rug in our hallway and it is now May. Got told I needed to have looked at colour in different lights and on different devices?? Rug arrived and it is incorrect colour compared to website. Even sent photos of the 2 side by side. And wrote how instead of light grey between stitching it was dark grey. Told I should have looked at pictures on different devices. Refused to accept it was wrong colour. Likewise ordered 2 quilts. Ordered and paid for Goose down. Received Duck down. Still cannot get them to take them back and send us the correct ones. Still in boxes in hallway with rug since February. Apalling. You call to discuss and get put on hold and then hung up on. 3 times today!! Had to go to consumer affairs after countless calls and countless emails. Cannot get anywhere after 3 months.
