I ordered a corset and it arrived quickly. It was a beautiful garment but when I tried it on it was too small. I emailed to say I'd like to exchange it for a larger size if possible. Kay herself replied to say the larger size wasn't all that much bigger, and suggested I exchange the corset for something else or she'd happily give me a credit. I said I'd like to exchange the corset for another garment, sent it back, and Kay emailed to say it had arrived and she gave me two alternative garments to look at. I selected one, and she emailed to say it would be shipped that afternoon and a gift voucher would be issued to make up the difference in price. The garments are high quality, the shipping is fast, and the attention to customer service is fabulous. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
