I asked Keli, from New Generation First Aid to facilitate a course for my mothers group in Yarraville. We chose to do the 4 hours course as we felt it would provide us with all the training and information we might need.
The course structure was laid out in a considered manor that allowed for questions and discussions throughout, this created a more informal and comfortable session. The content of the course was informative, realistic and communicated in a way that was easy to understand and remember.
Throughout I appreciated Keli's calm and reassuring manner. I would highly recommend this course to any new mum or mums who just need a refresher. It is great to feel confident about something so important.
