I do my weekly/fortnightly shop at Coles then go here for my meat because they have a lovely range. They have all your standard cuts plus marinated meats, crumbed cutlets, different sausages etc. They are always friendly, I never find it too busy so you can get served pretty quick. Prices are very reasonable even compared to coles meat

This park is run by a lovely family and they were so welcoming and knowledgable. The wombat was gorgeous, it was nice to walk through with all the kangaroos. It hasn't got tonnes of amazing animals but it's a nice park for wildlife for younger kids and not as busy or as big a day as the zoo. We also went to the farm show there which was pretty cool, whip cracking, sheep shearing etc

I enjoyed visiting the aquarium. I think my favourite part was the touch pool, it really gets the kids intrigued and it's more hands on than just looking through the windows. Of course you can't go past looking in awe at the sharks and I love how the stingrays always look like they are smiling

I think this was great for the younger kids of the group 5-7 but not so much for the teenagers or adults as it got boring quick. We set ourselves races which made it more fun but I probably wouldn't be heading back in a hurry unless there was somewhere else the teenagers could go

We love going down here about 1 Sunday a month, not for anything in particular but just for a look around. We grab some fresh produce, some nuts and if we need to buy a present we normally grab something unique from here. It's a great atmosphere with the buskers outside, hustle and bustle inside etc. Got my ugg boots from the markets plus some nice summer clothes, glassware etc.

This is a lovely restaurant, the decor, layout etc is beautiful. I had the crispy chicken breast and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful, it wasn't dry but was still nicely cooked, some restaurants can really bugger up chicken breast. Not the cheapest, it was about $30-$35 but the quality made it worth the price, it's prob a pretty average price for Perth. They also had a reasonable vego menu so might have to go back to try that out

This review is for Remedial Massage Karen Berman, South Lake WA

I saw Karen just last week after she was recommended to me by my chiropractor, I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. Karen gave me the most relaxing pregnancy massage I have had! I have had other massages done at other places during pregnancy and wish I had found Karen earlier. It was the perfect pressure, released all my tensions and knots and she was able to really help with the back pain I have been experiencing. Already booked in my next massage and can't wait

Didn't really know what to expect going in to this class but I really enjoyed it. It wasn't just 2 hours of Yoga but we also got to learn about ways to help our body deal with pain, I like that it's not all yoga but also about teaching us things to assist us whilst in labour. I have been told that each week we will look at something different to help us with labour and I am really look forward to it. The yoga itself is also very relaxing, I felt great afterwards, I wish I had of started earlier. Treana, the instructor, was really welcoming and you can tell she is very experienced, I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable at any time despite having no previous yoga experience. Highly recommend for anyone expecting a bubs and all I can say is start asap!

Good beer, good feed, ok staff. Value for money is pretty good, decent size meals at decent prices (for a Perth pub!). Had the beef burger which was about $20 if I remember correctly but it was huge, tender, full of salad (inc bacon & egg which is normally extra at most places!)

Approximate cost: $20

I have eaten in both the restaurant and the bar/cafe area and I think they are both great. I prefer the bar because of the relaxed atmosphere and casual meals, the pizzas are really tasty and not too overloaded with ingredients. Salad and seafood range is also good for a pub. The restaurant I have eaten at once and I had the lamb in a cous cous salad, it began my love of cous cous, this was a great, if slightly expensive, meal and I'd go back there for a special occassion. Nice to meet up with work colleagues on a Friday afternoon but be warned it can get so busy and getting a table can be almost impossible
