I have been having problems with my should & neck area and lower back for quite a few years. I go to Active back care for regular maintenance treatment.
I can honestly say that I have not had a headache in years, that alone means so much to me and no pain in the lower back is just the bonus on top. I recommend maintenance care as it fixes the problem area before it cause the pain.
