I tried this salon due to its close proximity to home and very reasonable prices.
I have extremely fine short hair that I normally have foiled. On my initial appointment, I wanted half head of foils and a cut, was told my hair was in terrible condition and needed a treatment, which I gladly accepted. On leaving I was given a treatment to take home, I was charged $260 dollars, I thought it was a bit excessive, but didn’t question it.

In my second appointment I was charged once again $260 which included half head of foils and trim, and given another treatment to take home, which I didn’t need or asked for. I thought it was very expensive again, but wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt and go again.
I thought on my third visit I would ONLY ask for half head of foils and nothing else.
To my horror when I went to pay I was once again charged $260 dollars and given another cream to take home that I didn’t need or want. This time when I questioned the exorbitant price, I was told they had put a treatment in my hair which I wasn’t asked about, and charged a surcharge.

When I checked the website once again to see the prices I was mortified to see that short hair packages that include everything cost $120 dollars. My hair doesn’t even reach my neck and very fine.

The whole experience left me feeling totally ripped off and disappointed.
I totally wanted to support local businesses, but ripping off clients is not acceptable and definitely would not recommend this salon
