I've dined at Mister Bianco 3 times now and will definitely be back. The food really is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are wonderful and welcoming.

I must first begin by saying that up until yesterday's experience i was quite happy with the GP's at the clinic (i've seen most, but not all of them). Yesterday i called and spoke to reception about my grade 2 son who had split the back of his head open at school. While the bleeding was under control, the laceration was deep, so i needed to bring him in for possible stitches. I was told that they were full, but to bring him in and a dr would be made available. When i got there i was told they had left a message on my phone that Dr Conos, the owner, said my son couldnt be seen as they were full and no dr was available. Now please dont get me wrong , i understand what being full means, however i wasnt bringing him in for a runny nose, it was an unexpected emergency. What is the point of having a 'go to family GP clinic' when they cannot see you in an emergency (it wasnt life threatening otherwise id go straight to hospital!!). Its beyond my understanding that the practice owner thought it ok to turn away a current patient who was bleeding with an open wound to his head. This incident has really proved to me that there is no care for the patients. Just cramming as many appointments as possible into a day to fill the bank account, so that an emergency couldnt be looked at. To their credit they did ring around local clinics to to find me a spot, after i stood there dumbfounded asking what am i supposed to do now???? we all know how difficult it is for clinics to see a new patient on the spot!) The new clinic was astounded when they heard my son was turned away from the clinic where he was a current patient in his state. Just goes to show that i wasnt imagining the complete LACK OF CARE we received. Obviously will never be going back.

Approximate cost: $75
